Andre del la Harpe

Andre has been in business since 1985. He did his MBA at the University of Stellenbosch
and joined Trust Bank in 1985. He then ran his own business till 1999 when he was
approached by Naspers to assist in setting up Kalahari.net, SA biggest and well
-known eCommerce site and shopping Mall. During mid 2005 Andre was approached to
join the ill-fated Fidentia Group. He managed 6 companies profitably for approximately
12 months and together with his banking experience gained more valuable experience
in the financial industry.

Gert Mynhardt

Gert has been a successful entrepreneur for more than 25 years. He has started many
companies and the last one Pretoria Asphalt was recently sold for an undisclosed
amount. Gert has been asked to head up the company under the new national owners.

Christo is a scientist by trade and is the managing director of his own company
called Agrilibrium founded 8 years ago. Christo also worked for the IDC for many
years as business developer and consultant to big and small business. He has traveled
extended and adds great value to the board through his wide experience in corporate
